Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of any color appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service booked, and a no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy helps accommodate other clients and manage my schedule more efficiently.
